This would be great. Right now if you look at a playlist you can only see the 'filename' but if you want to see more information i.e. this is a HDRP render vs URP or this is with raytracing on vs off, you either have to jam it into the filename or put it in a non-frame note, which isn't visible in the larger list.
Allowing other fields attached to media would be good as well, i.e. embedding in an individual media item, asset, shot or other information to describe what it is. But an overall description viewable in either project or table list would be good as filenames are often not enough.

Mike Jennings: Hey Mike! I think a description field within the high level project view would be really helpful. When you are in table view, I could see the description field right next to the file name. This would allow the uploader to add a short summary of what the media is. When a team member looks at the review from a glance, they will have a better understanding & context of what the media is.
