For single image reviews everyone is forced to draw on one canvas

Looking for the kind of visual linking video reviews have, but on still image reviews. You click on a note, the drawover associated with it pops up. How it seems to be now is that we're all forced to draw on one canvas, so if there are many users drawings, it gets crowded. Furthermore it would be helpful to have a mode to see all drawings at once, but cycle between individual drawings or turn drawings off (which we have)

I'd like to restate this request in a different way just to make sure I'm understanding it. Please correct me if I've missed something.
You'd like drawings associated with notes, and the ability to filter just the notes/sketches you're concerned with in a given moment.
I understand the need but thinking about the implementation is complex. We still want to do some of the things that would be required for this, especially because they're useful in other ways.
I think that spatial notes (like sticky notes in the canvas) might help declutter the canvas a good bit, and that is something we're actively moving toward.
One other note: If you have various groups that are making distinct types of annotations, you can copy the item into separate reviews for those groups (or individuals!). This keeps their annotations separate. (A member can choose whether to see the text comments for the current review or for all reviews the media appears in, but it's not supported for sketches.)

Yes Please! During review sessions there might have been that one person's drawings that are the notes you want to extract, possibly use as a grease pencil layer in maya.
