Would actually love to follow-up on if this is still in the pipeline at all. Multiple requests from users to allow for a note to be applicable to the Range In / Range Out frames.

This is something we have wanted to do for a long time. Thanks for posting. Hopefully it will get upvoted to move it up in our priority list.
