Hi Devs

Would be awesome to have a priority or some kind of rating on comments, sometimes when we have a lot of comments on media we need to prioritize them, high, medium and low priority. Need to let artists know which comments need to be done first. Could be like the high one is red star or dot or some other symbol above the comment, or the red line and etc.

Meanwhile i can add some red circle emoji (🔴) in the comment, but would be cool to have a priority as a feature, and also sort it by priority or make visible only high ones.
