Would be nice if we had an opportunity to prevent taking screenshots and recording screen while viewing media. Something like Netflix does using an Encrypted Media Extensions in browser

Can this be defeated by someone taking a screenshot or video using a device other than whatever is being used to review the media? Can Netflix’s encrypted browser extension stop photos/video being taken of a screen with a cell phone?

Katherine Bamford: We can't stop anyone from photographing a computer screen, of course, but the user-specific Dynamic Watermark overlay will identify whose screen it was playing on when it was recorded.

Hi! thanks for reaching out. We've been reluctant to require plug-ins or extensions in SyncSketch to maximize compatibility, but I'll bring it up with the team.

What we do offer (to our Enterprise plan customers) is the ability to overlay user-specific information dynamically onto the review player canvas, as well as rendering in a watermark on videos upon upload.
