Yes, there is a real need for the ability to exposure +/- and gamma. This is essential for some department reviews like Lighting and Comp.

Bernhard Haux: I'd definitely like to up vote this feature. Gamma/Exposure are the most needed (as in RV) - but extending it into a simple grade would be fantastic.
