It would be helpful to have "Starred" or "Favorite" reviews that are always sorted at the top (provided that they meet the current department and search filters). Mock image attached to illustrate the idea.

With 1080x720 px playblasts the auto fit option expands the file and therefore reduces its quality. It would be great to have a shortcut to switch back to 100% to resize to the original resolution. Or a custom setting to get original size by default.

Ability to create Jira issues (or comment on issues) from notes/clips/reviews. Allow for Reviews, Clips and Notes to be linked to existing Jira issues.

It would be great to group media within a playlist. Like if we had a bunch of items in a playlist could we collect them into little bundles/groups. I know you can create review groups but are looking for organizational tools/options within the playlist.

Improve experience when adding multiple user to a project. Change roles of multiple users at once Support upload of CSV with user email and role? Copy users from an existing project?

There should be a way to correct time offsets in compare mode when comparing clips with different in and out points. We have shots that change counts often and comparing previous versions with newer versions that have different in and out points is difficult. There is a way to unlink playback between the two, which helps. But you can't relink playback without losing the offset, and it doesn't work in A/B mode, which is what we really need.

Would be awesome if Syncsketch had letterbox / mask overlays. 2:39:1 2:35:1 etc.

For a given Project or Review - allow Managers/Admins to specify whether users join "Synced" by default. Additionally, allow admins to set the default drawing tool to the laser pointer to prevent users from making immediate comments. This is compared to the current behavior, where all users join all reviews Synced. Joining synced is ideal when a meeting is in progress, but with a large team, other times we may prefer the standard for a given project is that the user join non-synced so they can play, scrub, and comment at their leisure. Note: It would also be ideal to make the sync option readily available from within a review, so that at a glance presenters can ensure people join synced when a review is in session.

At the moment, there isn't a way to download video with "Held Drawings" enabled. Can you add the option to retain the "Held Drawings" setting when "Downloading Video With Sketches"?
